I’m Ashlee—a kombucha brewer, recipe creator, and full-on food geek.

My roots are in Kansas, but Denver has been home since I moved to study culinary arts, nutrition, and research and development. I’ve been a line cook, farmer’s market rep, brand ambassador for sausages, kombucha class teacher, America’s Test Kitchen intern, and test kitchen manager.
