I’m Ashlee—a recipe creator, kombucha brewer, and full-on food geek.

My roots are in Kansas, but Denver has been home since I moved to study culinary arts, nutrition, and research and development. I’ve been a line cook, farmer’s market rep, sausage brand ambassador, kombucha class teacher, America’s Test Kitchen intern, and test kitchen manager.
